This is my $3 Manicure, I’m such a girl I just could not resist it! 23RMB is such a deal!! The background looks black but really its green, DUH!!! Then there are flower things on it with a light green color on top. The nail place is right across the street from my house and I went by myself. Thank goodness this nice lady next to me that was getting her nails done knew a little bit of English, she translated for me kinda, it was cool to talk to her. She is an editor of a magazine here! At home this would have cost at lest $30.
